JP Construction was formed as Chelnor Ltd in 1969 in response to the oil companies requirement for a specialist independent forecourt construction contractor. JP Construction is proud that 39 years later, working closely with our clients, Petroleum and Trading Standards Officers and The HSE, it has not only retained the relationships that created the company in the first place, but it has built a reputation and customer list second to none in the industry.
