| JP Group secure Car Showroom contract on Guernsey -

| We are delighted to have secured the contract to redevelop the Barras Car Centre at Vale on the island of Guernsey. Work will commence shortly on this scheme, which is the first time we have undertaken a project off the British mainland. |

| Forecourt Trader of the Year 2008 -

| A petrol filling station with convenience store, which was built by JP Construction in 2007, has won the prestigious Forecourt Trader of the Year Award for 2008. Congratulations to our clients, Philip and Lesley Tout of Budgens Nailsea, who were highly commended for their Esso branded service station at the annual awards evening at The London Hilton Hotel, Park Lane on the 25th September. JP Group are delighted to have been the construction company behind no less than 3 of the last 4 winners of the Forecourt Trader of the Year awards. |

| More Construction Contracts -

| Recent contract awards include a new build petrol filling station for Tesco at Westhill near Aberdeen, Tesco Express stores at Aldridge, Bath, Barnet, Great Yarmouth and Weston-super-Mare, a Tesco Express with Esso forecourt at Crewe, as well as the on going car wash upgrades for Tesco at Cardiff, Hucknall, Hull, Longton and Irlam. In additon we have secured the new Esso petrol filling station contract at Hartlebury, Worcs, and a private dealer redevelopment of a petrol station at Perry Barr, Birmingham. The BP pump upgrade programme also continues on forecourts throughout the south of England. |

| Current construction projects include a Tesco Express convenience store at Coventry, a Tesco Express convenience store with Esso forecourt at Bradford, car wash upgrades for Tesco at Torquay and Horsham, and petrol filling station redevelopments at Queniborough and Ripley. In addition we are carrying out the latest phase of re-pumping works for BP throughout the south east. We are also undertaking MOT bay upgrades for Kwik Fit at Cheltenham, Gloucester, Bridgend, Aberystwyth and Abergavenny, and have recently commenced extension works at a factory at Solihull. |

| Honda Car Dealership awarded to JP Construction -

| We are delighted to have secured the contract to build the new Honda Car Dealership at London Road, Crawley. The scheme starts this month, with a 16 week build programme. We look forward to working with Honda on this prestigious project. |

| JP Construction kick off 2008 with new petrol filling stations redevelopments for Esso at Pevensey, East Sussex and Alperton, London, for BP at Wolverhampton, and for Tesco Express at Hull, Liverpool and Huddersfield, together with petrol station access roadworks for Carillion on the M6 motorway extension near Carlisle. In addition we are currently undertaking works on filling stations at Bristol, Much Wenlock, Shropshire, Paulerspury, Northants, Nelson, South Wales and Newark, Notts., and also continuing our programme of upgrade works for BP on repumping sites in England and Scotland, and for Tesco on their car wash developments. |

| A petrol filling station, which was built by JP Construction in 2005, has won the prestigious Forecourt Trader of the Year Award for 2007. Congratulations to our clients, Hugh and Robert Fraser of the Fraser Group, who were commended for their service station at Brize Norton, Oxfordshire. In addition The Harry Tuffins' petrol filling station built at Ludlow by JP Construction in 2006, was the winner of Main Route category at the same awards evening which was held at The Hilton Hotel, London on 20th September 2007. |

| Congratulations to John Parrott, Group Chairman and Phil Price, Site Foreman, who both won awards at the BP Global Alliance Awards Evening at Milton Keynes on 8th March 2007. Johns' award was presented for over 35 years safe service to the oil industry, whilst Phil won his award for the safe way he has undertaken maintenance works on live BP forecourts over the past 6 months. Well done to John and Phil. |

| January kicks off with new contract awards with a petrol filling station redevelopment for Esso Petroleum at Silvertown, London, redevelopments for Somerfield at Leicester, Sandbach, Lichfield and Wythall, and for vehicle workshops for Cotswold BMW at Tewkesbury. We are also currently undertaking DSEAR fast-track forecourt maintenance services on a large number of BP service stations throughout Great Britain. With a number of other schemes currently in advanced negotiations, 2007 promises to be another busy and exciting year for JP Construction. |

| Somerfield Redevelopment Programme Commences -

| Works have commenced at the redevelopment of a petrol filling station for Somerfield at Leicester, the first of an number of projects that we will be undertaking for this prestigious client over the next two years. Projects to follow shortly include sites at Catford and Roehampton in London, and at Cannock in Staffordshire, with another twelve projects to commence in 2007. |

The awards ceremony took place on January 25th 2006 at the Guildhall, Worcester.
